Shipping policy

A majority of our products go out on carrier trucks because of the size and weight. We cover up to $300 in shipping on the large agility equipment anything over that amount is due at check out.

We strive to have all orders shipped within 3 business days of being received and transit times generally range from 2 to 6 business days.  Your order will be shipped out from our warehouse in Georgia.  Please note that occasional shipping delays that are out of our control may occur from time to time and shipping times may be longer during busy seasons.  

Tracking number(s) will be provided once the order has been shipped.

If you would like to do a local pickup instead of shipping your order, please send an email to dogagility@att.net before placing your order.  Pickups will be at our distribution center in Acworth, GA are available Monday through Friday,  by appointment only.  We do not have a retail showroom for customers to visit.
