This model carriages are offered by Animal Sports. The model was designed by a German carriage engineering Firm.  Each cart comes with pneumatic tires on solid steel wheels. The cart is equipped with a hydraulic brake system. The model of the carts is CC2200.  The body structure and made are of steel with a safe driver's deck. The cart was designed and made with the achievement of the strength - weight at its optimized equilibrium, yet reaches the maximization of the safest and the most comfortableness for drivers.

CC2200 Specs 

2-wheel horse cart has two sizes can fit horses, ponies and equines from 13 to 16 hands.

Body type and structure:  Steel frame – steel, made with the consideration of strength v weight optimization, The most safety and comfortable features incorporated into the design;

Brake: Driver front foot peddle, hydraulic disk brake, a newly designed hydraulic master cylinder is installed for better performance and longevity;   

Cart length: Cart length – from front, tip of shaft/extension to back of dust cover,          (1)   without extensions: 56” shaft in vertical position and 86” shaft in horizontal position,(2)   with extensions: 118”-140”;

Cart width: 53” from outer side of dirt cover to the other. 51” from outer side to side of the wheels; the distance of wheel track center to center is 47.5”;  

Cart height: From ground to the top of the seat back: 52” – 56” depending on the sizes of wheels installed;

Driver Seat: (1) Seat type: bench seat, accommodating 1-2 people;  (2) Seat width: 38”; space: 42” between two armrests; (3) Seat height: 36” when the wheel size is 29.5”; (4) Seat depth: 16”;  (5) Seat fill: 3” thick high-density foam; (6) Seat Upholsory: genuine leather; 

Shafts and extensions:  (1) Shaft Length: 33”;  (2) Distance between shafts: 36”; (3) New design, foldable shaft, each can be folded down independently with a snap pin from horizontal to vertical position for supporting the cart stand-alone and shortening the overall body length to 56”, compared to un-foldable shaft cart length could be 86” long. (4) Extensions: The extension length is 63”. When the extensions are installed, the horizontal distance from tug stop spot to swing-tree is 68”, with an adjustable distance about 20” (48”- 68”).   The height from ground to the tug stop spot with 29.5” wheels installed is about 50” with adjustable range of 46 - 54”; (5)  Extension shape: Sawn-neck with chrome tug stops and tips 

Suspension: 2 under seat coil springs + air piston cylinders  

Swingle-tree: Swingle-tree width is 32”, bolted onto the cart, each end has a trace loop for easy hookup or tie up the harness;

Wheel-tire size – diameter: (1)   Pneumatic tires 25.5” and 29.5” tires, the cart comes with two pneumatic tires;  (2)   Solid Tires 25.5”, 29.5” and 33.5”. Solid wheel-tires purchased separately;  (3)  Curved spokes made the cart attractive, and outstanding look to other type of 2-wheels.
